Hi, I’m Tamaris Massengale.

I’m a dispatcher, compliance educator, business owner, workforce advocate, and someone who understands firsthand what it feels like to start with limited resources while trying to build a better future.

I grew up in poverty and recently experienced incarceration myself, an experience that strengthened my belief that people deserve access to real opportunities, second chances, and industries that can create meaningful change. That experience fueled my mission.

I created the UTL Trucking Education Hub Podcast to expose people to industries and pathways that often get overlooked, especially trucking, logistics, compliance, dispatching, and transportation.

This industry changed my perspective because it offers something many people desperately need:

• Low startup cost opportunities
• Multiple career paths
• Fast return on investment
• Workforce shortages creating demand
• Real opportunities to build income and ownership

This platform was built to educate, inspire, and create access.
